From day one, ivently’s editor has been designed to help users create elegant, professional proposals—without requiring any graphic design skills. One of the key features that makes this possible is the Style Editor.

What is the Style Editor?

The Style Editor allows users to save font and color combinations and apply them across an entire document with a single click. This means ivently users don’t need to adjust each text block individually; instead, they can apply a selected style instantly and even view the same document in multiple styles with ease. When shared within a team, these styles ensure all documents have a more cohesive and professional look. Now, the Style Editor includes corporate color support, custom fonts, and background customization!

Quickly transform your proposal by selecting one of your saved styles in the editor.

With the latest updates to the Style Editor, you can:

  • Go beyond white backgrounds. Choose a background color that matches the mood of your proposal, and adjust text and heading colors to ensure readability and harmony. Whether it's a sleek and minimal look for corporate clients or a romantic tone for wedding couples, the choice is yours.
  • Upload and apply your custom brand fonts easily. Whether it’s a designer-delivered file or your favorite Google Font, you can now add it to your ivently workspace and start using it right away.

How can you use this feature?

Go to your workspace settings and find the "Styles" section under your profile. Duplicate any existing style and begin customizing. Enter your brand colors (just paste the RGB codes) and upload your fonts. Give your style a name and save it.
You’ll find all your saved styles directly in the editor under the “Styles” tab on the right panel of any document. And remember—you can create as many styles as you need.
