For wedding and event planners, venue sales teams, and coworking space sales staff, preparing proposals, presentations, and budgets can be a time-consuming and detail-oriented process. Creating consistent and error-free proposals isn’t always easy. That’s exactly why ivently developed the Team Template feature—to speed up workflows and make collaboration effortless.

What is a Team Template and how does it work?

Team templates allow workspace managers to create templates accessible to the entire team, with the ability to lock certain sections or leave them editable.
Using it is incredibly simple: Create a new document or duplicate an existing one. Once you're done editing, click the "Convert to Template" button, and your document is now a template. That’s it! Your templates will be waiting for you and your team under the “Team Templates” section on the homepage.

Here’s what makes it powerful:
  • You or your teammates can instantly select, edit, and send out a proposal using the relevant template—saving valuable time.
  • By locking critical sections, you can ensure that every proposal meets your brand standards. Or, leave certain fields editable so your team can customize as needed.
  • As a manager, you can easily update templates and ensure the whole team always has access to the latest version.
  • Create as many templates as you need for different client segments or service types.
  • When someone new joins the team, they can quickly find and use standard documents—presentations, proposals, and budgets—and get up to speed right away.
